For 10 days after both your initial and 6-week touch-up sessions:

1. Sweat & Exercise No-No: Take it easy and skip intense workouts. Sweat can fade your new brow color.
2. Keep Brows Dry: Stay away from pools, saunas, and long showers. Dry brows are happy brows.
3. Gentle Cleaning Routine: Morning and night, carefully clean your brows with a mild cleanser. Pat dry and apply a bit of aftercare ointment with a clean cotton swab.
4. Light Moisturizing: Dab a little aftercare ointment during the day. Reapply once or twice if needed.
5. No Picking, Please: If your brows get flaky or scabby, let them be. Picking can make them fade.
